From Painted to Stained: Elevating Your Door Game

Talk about a door-able makeover! The first of many doors got a facelift and it's looking sharp. After stripping the paint off the hardware and giving the mortise lock a good scrub, it was time to put Humpty Dumpty back together again. And guess what? Easy-peasy! As it turned out, this project was a real learning curve, with plenty of lightbulb moments. Now, with a little more swagger in our step, we're ready to tackle the rest of the doors. The best bit? The door now closes and locks like a dream. We even added two coats of expresso wood stain to match the rest of the house. Voila!
