If you’ve been waiting for a reason to plan a late-summer escape, September is serving them up on a silver platter. From an all-new marathon weekend to neighborhood markets and museum moments, there’s plenty to do—and The King’s Throne makes the perfect home base between adventures.
🏃♂️ Headliner: Garmin Marathon Series – Toledo (Sun, Sept 21)
Toledo is the first U.S. city to host Garmin’s new marathon series—how cool is that? Choose from the Marathon, Half, 10K, or 5K on a fast, scenic, USATF-certified course that rolls past Hensville, near the Museum of Art, along the Maumee River, and through Glass City Metropark. It’s a Boston qualifier, too.
