Property and Cancellation Policies

Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in. Reservations canceled after the 48-hour window will receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of check-in) are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation, including all fees and taxes.

Non-Refundable Reservations:
Non-refundable reservations are offered at a discounted rate and cannot refunded under any circumstances. If a non-refundable reservation is canceled, no refund will be issued. Guests selecting this rate agree to be charged the full amount at the time of booking. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via SMS or email.

Upon approval of the terms and conditions below, and completion of the reservation process, your dates will be reserved and a representative from The Kings Throne LLC will be reviewing your reservation to make sure that all of the information is complete, correct, and that the reservation meets any additional requirements. You will receive confirmation of your reservation within two business days. The Kings Throne LLC appreciates your reservation and looks forward to having you as a guest in our amazing space.
